Note: You cannot delete your account while you have an active subscription or remaining subscription benefits.
Important before you delete your account
Cancel your subscription first: You must cancel your subscription and wait for it to expire before you can delete your account.
Loss of Access: Once your account is deleted, you will immediately lose access to beIN SPORTS CONNECT and any remaining subscription benefits.
No Refunds: Full or partial refunds will not be issued for any remaining subscription time or account credit when an account is deleted.
Delete your account in the mobile app
- Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app.
- Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Select 'Delete Account'.
- Review the information shown on screen and confirm your request.
- Enter the confirmation word displayed in the app. Tap on 'Yes, delete my account'.
What happens next?
After you confirm the request, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your account has been scheduled for deletion.
